I’m Logan Showalter, a Pittsburgh real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty. I help buyers and sellers throughout the city and surrounding communities, including Shadyside, Squirrel Hill, Fox Chapel, and Sewickley.
Architecture is a personal passion. I appreciate distinctive homes with their own history and character, as well as newer builds with thoughtful layouts, clean lines, and modern amenities. My interests in renovation and woodworking influence what I notice: the quality of materials, the way light moves through a room, and how well one space connects to the next.
I spend considerable time exploring Pittsburgh’s luxury and higher-priced homes, looking closely at their design, condition, and features. For buyers, that means helping you understand the differences between the homes you’re considering. For sellers, it means recognizing and presenting the details that make yours stand out.
The practical side of home
I grew up in a big family, and today we’re a family of four with two active kids. That gives me a practical appreciation for the details that make a home work: bedrooms that suit your household, a convenient laundry room, useful pantry space, and somewhere for the things that come through the door. I want to understand what makes daily life easier for you.
What you can expect from me
Fifteen years of ASL/English interpreting have taken me into homes and businesses throughout Pittsburgh, giving me a firsthand familiarity with the city’s neighborhoods. That work has taught me to listen carefully, understand the context, and communicate clearly.
